Our number one priority is the well-being and safety of our guests and team members. To secure just that, we have rigorous procedures and routines in place at our hotel regarding enhanced cleaning, physical distancing and our food and beverage offerings. We follow the guidelines of the authorities and advice against Covid-19.

Face mask must be used where one can not comply with 1-meter distance. We recommend all our guests to bring a face mask, there is also a small selection for sale in our reception.

– We have a self check-out machine where you can leave your key when leaving. The authorized credit card that was used upon check-in will be charged.

There will not be a day to day cleaning, except if the stay lasts longer than 5 days, then the room will be cleaned on day 3.
– New towels can be picked up in the reception area
– Rubbish can be set outside your room in the hallway before 10 am
– Decorating pillows and bed covers are removed
– Pens, brochures and other marketing material are removed.

– Frequent cleaning of contact areas like the lifts, doorknobs, bannisters etc.
– Frequent cleaning of the common area. Cleaning according to guidelines from the authorities and Hol Municipal.

– The changing rooms are unfortunately closed to resident guests. Those who have treatments can go to the spa in advance and get a bathrobe and slippers. This is to reduce the number of people in the changing rooms. The changing rooms is open as usual for those who do not stay at the hotel or Vestlia Lodge.

– Due to infection prevention, the playground is unfortunately closed.


– The pool is unfortunately closed to guests who doesn’t stay at the hotel.
– The wardrobes are closed, remember to change the rooms (the showers is open).
You can get bathrobes from the reception for 150.- kr each
