The origin of the products and ingredients is a big part of our food philosophy towards the ultimate food experience. This gives us the opportunity to pick the very best of the best for our menus and guests. We use Norwegian products and ingredients, preferably local. We use the old traditions of refinement, but let our chefs use their imagination and creativity to bring out the best flavors. Vestlia Resort expanded the restaurant in 2018. Now you can enjoy your meals with a wonderful view of the alpine slopes. Together with the new restaurant, we built a new chambre sèparèe for private functions, a wine room, a new bar and a comprehensive wine cellar with wines from all over the world.
Vestlia Resort’s new chambre séparée is called Bæra-salen, and has room for 30 people. The room is beautifully decorated with paintings of the famous Peder Balke and striking antiques from the area. Welcome to a wonderful evening in Bæra-salen with your friends and family.
