From 9.-11. January, we invite you to boost the new year with a weekend full of exciting activities and experiences. Come alone, with a friend or bring the whole family. There will be something for everyone here!
What can you expect?
Ski tours/technique courses: Explore the fantastic skiing opportunities in the area, whether you are a beginner or an experienced skier. There will be opportunities for technique courses in both classic and freestyle.
Family activities: Take part in fun activities such as water gym, Family Fun Circuit, an exciting bowling tournament or other optional activities.
Fitness: We also offer our familiar and beloved classes that you know from the schedule, with something for every taste and fitness level. The team of Yngvar, Cathrine, Lars, Ole Petter, Annema, Inger and Rebecca are there to create great training moments.
Relaxation and hygge: Enjoy relaxing moments in the cozy surroundings of Vestlia Resort, with opportunities to unwind and recharge for a new year.

Instructors

Ole Petter Hjelle
Ole Petter Hjelle, also known as the "exercise doctor", is one of the co-founders of Naardic. He is a doctor, neuroscientist, author and lecturer. He is also a former Norwegian marathon champion! He is passionate about physical activity for all ages.

Annema Refsnes
Annema has over 12 years of experience as a personal trainer and is one of the founders of Norway's best online gym - Naardic. She specializes in effective classes where the whole body is challenged on strength, balance, fitness, coordination and body awareness. Both the mind and the body will be challenged in her classes!

Cathrine Wilhelmsen
With over 20 years of experience as a group instructor, you're in good hands with Cathrine. She is a firework of a trainer, full of energy, knowledge and passion for movement. Catchy music, the joy of exercising and mastery are the common denominator for all her classes.

Yngvar Andersen
Norway's best-known fitness profile with over 20 years' experience. Yngvar sees you as a human being, always has something new to teach you and challenges you at the same time with effective and fun sessions that make you both stronger and faster.

Rebecca Loos
Rebecca is trained in Ashtanga, Yin, Restorative, Yoga Nidra, Senior and children's yoga. She is a cheerful and passionate teacher who likes to spread good energy to everyone around her. She teaches in English and Norwegian. Rebecca's main practice is Ashtanga yoga, but she believes that variety is the key to a healthy body and good mental health. Her goal as a yoga teacher is to make yoga accessible to all ages and levels.

Inger Eik Ravndal
Inger is a committed, welcoming and positive training partner. She likes to train you in a way that makes you learn along the way and dares you to let go of old training patterns. Passionate about daily exercise and public health, good coffee and dark chocolate.

Eline Grandma
Eline Oma is a trained PT, nurse and loves to explore new forms of exercise. She likes her workouts to be short and effective. She enjoys being outdoors and goes for a run every day.

Helle Tangevald-Hansen
Helle normally works as a nurse in occupational health, but after practicing Pilates for many years, she qualified as a Pilates instructor in 2021. She enjoys being active on a daily basis, whether it's Pilates, running, CrossFit or leisurely walks.

Bjorn Ballangrud
Bjørn has been the head coach of the national downhill cycling team for 6 years. He currently works as the sports manager for NTG Lillehammer Mountain Bike, where he has worked since 2013. He has a Top Trainer 2 education from NTNU and Olympiatoppen and has been an active mountain biker himself since the 90s.
