VESTLIAHALLEN

Capacity: 675 people.
Area: 600m2
Mingle area: 200m2
Ceiling height: 5.5m
Equipment: Modern, technical equipment in sound and lighting.

 

KAI FJELL HALL

Capacity: 200 people. 130 people at round tables.
Equipment: Modern conference facilities.

 

GUMMOSTOGU

Capacity: 40 people. Combined with the associated law, there is room for 60 people at the table.

SAL 1, 2, 3

When we open up between Halls 1, 2 and 3 to create one large hall, there is room for up to 250 people, depending on table and chair placement.

 

SAL 4

Room 4 is a great meeting room that can accommodate up to 55 people, depending on table and chair placement.

 

GROUP AND BOARD ROOM

We have seven group rooms of varying sizes with space for up to 35 people and one board meeting room with space for up to 14 people. 

 

PENTHOUSE

We have several different penthouses of 140-200m2 with space for 12-40 people. 

Our well-run kitchen serves up delicious dishes tailored to your event. We have extensive experience serving large groups, so you can be confident in our quality, timing, and serving skills.

Vestlia Resort can accommodate up to 700 people in 240 rooms. There is plenty of room for your entire party.

Vestlia Hall

CAPACITY 675 PERS.

Vestliahallen is a full 600 square meters, and also has a separate mingle area of 200 square meters. With 5.5 meters under the ceiling, modern technical equipment, sound and light, and space for 675 people, Vestliahallen is perfect for both large and small conferences. The hall faces the golf course and the Ustedalsfjord, and has a fantastic view. After the conference, you can enjoy the mountain sun on the hall's roof terrace of over 800 square meters.

Kai Fjell hall

CAPACITY UP TO 200 PEOPLE.

The stunning Kai Fjell Hall is made for those magical and unforgettable moments. Here, guests can enjoy stunning views of Geilo, the Ustedalsfjord and Hallingskarvet.

The hall can accommodate 130 guests on round tables and has modern conference facilities.
The walls are adorned with beautiful paintings by artist Kai Fjell.

Gommostugu

CAPACITY UP TO 40 PEOPLE.

Gommostugu is a traditional Hallingstue that can be used for parties of up to 40 people. Adjacent to Gommustugu we have Låven, where your party can gather before dinner for a glass of champagne and after dinner for music and an open bar. All on one level. If you use both Gommostugu and Låven, up to 60 people can dine here. Gommostugu is popular and should be booked well in advance.

Room 1, 2, 3

CAPACITY UP TO 250 PEOPLE.

When we open up between Halls 1, 2 and 3 to create one large hall, there is room for up to 250 people, depending on table and chair placement.

Room 4

CAPACITY 55 PERS.

Room 4 is a great meeting room that can accommodate up to 55 people, depending on table and chair placement.

Group and boardroom

CAPACITY UP TO 35 PEOPLE.

We have seven group rooms of varying sizes with space for up to 35 people and one boardroom with space for up to 14 people. Coffee, tea and ice water are always available in the conference area. We are happy to arrange spa treatments, transportation, group activities and entertainment according to your wishes.

Penthouse Geilo

CAPACITY UP TO 12 PEOPLE.

This luxurious 180 m2 apartment is a great venue for small meetings or a private dinner. There are four double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, a large living room with comfortable sofas, a dining table for 12 and a fully equipped kitchen. The apartment is located on the 5th floor of the hotel's restaurant wing with 3 large terraces and views to the north, east and south.

Hamsun

CAPACITY UP TO 40 PEOPLE.

A stay in Hamsun, our beautiful 200 sqm luxury apartment, will provide the perfect setting for your trip to Geilo, whether you're traveling with a conference group or going up with friends. Helene Hennie, one of Norway's most prominent interior designers, has created a relaxed, warm and luxurious atmosphere in Hamsun. It can accommodate up to 40 people and has conference facilities.

Victoria & August

CAPACITY UP TO 25 PEOPLE.

A stay in August or Victoria, our beautiful 140 sqm luxury apartments, will provide the perfect setting for your trip to Geilo, whether you're traveling with a conference group or going up with friends. Helene Hennie, one of Norway's most prominent interior designers, has created a relaxed, warm and luxurious atmosphere in Hamsun. Both penthouses can accommodate 25 people.
