Elaine Bloom Career Health Coach, Mental Trainer and In-demand Speaker
Elaine Bloom is one of Norway's most sought-after career counselors and mental trainers. She is the founder of Karrierehelse, a holistic approach to how we thrive both at and outside of work.
With a solid background in pedagogy, psychology, career guidance, leadership, neuroscience, as well as work, health and cognitive psychology combined with yin yoga, she has extensive experience in supporting people in creating the life they truly want.
Elaine is also the voice behind the popular podcast Career Guidance with Elaine where she shares insights on self-management, personal development, job satisfaction and quality of life. She has coached countless leaders, career changers and people in the midst of life change processes, and her method is both research-based, practical and deeply rooted in real life experience, always with a twinkle in the eye and a dose of self-irony.

Christin Kalve Expert in movement, hormonal health and vitality
With over 30 years of experience in training, health and life management, she combines movement, breathing, stress management and test-based nutrition for lasting results. Christin is a personal trainer, yoga teacher and certified Ikigai coach, and has run her own fitness center for 27 years.
After hitting a wall herself, she found her way back through a deep understanding of hormonal balance and cellular health – insights she now uses to help others.
She offers yoga, group classes, holistic journeys, unique events, a digital membership portal (Prana Universet) and the PranaMovement training app. All based on research-based methods and tailored health interventions based on measurements of the cells' fatty acid balance.
Christin inspires women to take ownership of their own health, live in balance, and stand firm in their own power.
