General conditions arrangement · MD

These terms and conditions apply as a contract for events at Vestlia Resort The purpose is to
create clarity in the contractual relationship, so that we can serve our customers in the best possible way.

1. Validity
The following conditions apply to the extent that no other written agreement has been made.

*Any advance/partial payment paid will be refunded, with the exception of any
bond amount.
In case of cancellation beyond the aforementioned deadlines, the organizer will be charged 100% of the original price.

or no-show on the actual meeting day, will be charged 100% of the agreed package price. Agreed
Package prices are unit prices and cannot be divided or changed before, during or after
the stay.

3. Event details
No later than 14 days before the event, the hotel must have received from the booking party all details that
are important for the successful implementation of the event, for example, program,
name list, choice of menu, wine, breaks, technique etc.

4. Hotel room allocation
Arrival and departure times must be stated in advance. If late arrival (after 6:00 PM) is not
agreed, the hotel may cancel the booking. The rooms are available from 4:00 PM on
on the day of arrival, and guests must have checked out by 11:00 on the day of departure if not
otherwise agreed. The organizer will be charged for an extra day if the deadlines are not met.

5. Special conditions
Placing gifts, using special equipment, setting up decorations and posters, hoisting
of flags/pennants, signage, etc. must be agreed and approved in advance. There will be an additional charge
costs for this type of service.
The law does not allow the enjoyment of brought food and drinks on hotel premises.
The organizer must ensure that the sound level is kept at an acceptable and agreed level, and that
guests adhere to agreed times when it comes to ending meetings, serving food,
music and dance.
6. Prices and payment method
Agreed prices are binding on both parties. Goods and services beyond the contract will be charged in
according to the current price list. The hotel reserves the right to adjust prices accordingly.

8. Changes in contract conditions
It is the responsibility of the organizer and the hotel to address matters of importance as soon as possible.

9. Liability for damage, theft etc
